The Swedish law firm Förvaltningsjuristerna and The REUSE Company Scandinavia have entered a collaboration in the development of a tool that can review procurement documents. The tool will make it easier for suppliers and authorities to check that the content of the procurement documents is compatible with applicable law. The purpose of the project is to create a support that contributes to more procurement documents being correct, consistent, and complete.
The tool compares given rules that must be followed based on a database established by Förvaltningsjuristerna, with the texts in the procurement documents. The REUSE Company is responsible for the development of the software and the tool is planned to be launched in June 2022.
